Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Director of Integrated Marketing & Engagement provides strategic leadership for integrated marketing initiatives that advance Barry University's enrollment, reputation, engagement, and institutional priorities. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director partners with the Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy to jointly develop institutional marketing strategies and serves as the senior marketing advisor to assigned colleges, schools, and administrative divisions. The position leads integrated marketing planning, client partnerships, and a team of Integrated Marketing Managers while ensuring cross-functional alignment across the Marketing organization. The Director leverages the University's enterprise digital ecosystem, platforms, and technical capabilities provided through the IT Digital Experience organization to deliver measurable institutional outcomes.
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer and the Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy to develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with institutional priorities, enrollment objectives, brand positioning, and audience needs. Collaborate with the IT Digital Experience organization to ensure institutional strategies are supported through enterprise digital platforms, governance, analytics, CRM, AI capabilities, and marketing technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years previous marketing experience
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills required
