Job Summary
Own the on-site property operations with team leadership, marketing the asset, and tight budget control to boost occupancy and profitability.
- Build and train the onsite team to hit occupancy and service goals.
- Own property marketing, sales, and budget adherence to maximize profitability.
- Drive daily operations and cross-functional coordination to sustain growth.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!
Requirements
- Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community!
- Supervisory/management experience a must!
- Yardi experience preferred.
- Team building and effective management skills a must!
- Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
- As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
Preferred
- Yardi experience preferred.
