Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify, source and sign new talent within TBN’s verticals of focus
- Track and deliver against KPIs, including revenue growth, new brand partnerships, and client retention
- Oversee campaign execution — from contract to completion — ensuring all deliverables are met
- Help road map our roster’s long term career goals, advising them on brand and content strategy
- Ideate, develop and propose opportunities for talent to grow their streams of revenue
- Facilitate broader conversations with brands to optimize the larger TBN Talent roster
- Proactively source and pitch branded opportunities aligned with creator goals
- Research brand and agency contacts for influencer outreach via LinkedIn, social platforms, etc.
- Maintain and update a master contact grid with brand / agency partners
- Monitor the influencer marketing landscape to identify paid opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing your own roster of digital creators *mandatory*
- 3-6+ years of experience in talent management and/or influencer marketing
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing, brand strategy, and digital platforms, including Shop.My and LTK, among others
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple personalities and projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite/Monday
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
