Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of product and category marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that align with business priorities.
Contribute to planning and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives
Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing activities and ensure alignment of messaging and objectives.
Assist in developing marketing plans, content strategies, and communications that help customers understand product offerings and support business goals.
Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with creative, digital, and business partners to develop marketing assets and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
Gather and analyze customer, market, and competitive insights to help identify opportunities and inform marketing recommendations and strategies.
Provide guidance and feedback to internal partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand standards.
Proof marketing print communications.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years marketing, product marketing, brand marketing or related experience
Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to think strategically while effectively executing day-to-day responsibilities
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building effective working relationships
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to analyze information, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business, marketing, and collaboration tools.

Benefits

Salary Range: You`ll earn between $80,170 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.
