- Develop and maintain referral relationships with Hospitals
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with Rehabilitation centers
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with Social workers
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with Assisted living facilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with Physicians’ offices
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with Senior centers
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with Community organizations
- Conduct in-person outreach and presentations within the community
- Promote company services through networking events, health fairs, and community programs
- Educate families and referral sources about Adult Day Care benefits and services
- Track leads, referrals, and outreach activities
- Collaborate with management on marketing strategies and growth initiatives
- Help maintain social media and local marketing efforts as needed
- Experience in a nursing home, assisted living, or adult day care facility required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Experience in healthcare marketing, senior care, home care, or related field preferred
