Responsibilities

• Oversee daily email marketing production and publishing in support of all business lines using Marketo, including email build and templates, smart list configuration, program setup, approval workflows, and distribution.
• Leverage Marketo’s database and segmentation capabilities to manage lead records, maintain list hygiene, and support targeted campaign delivery across channels and client segments.
• Build and maintain Marketo programs, nurture streams, and triggered campaigns; identify opportunities to expand automation and improve operational efficiency.
• Review the accuracy of monthly/quarterly automatically published fund-related data and content delivered via email.
• Maintain the master email marketing content calendar across all distribution channels in coordination with Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot Marketo email delivery, rendering, program logic, and automation issues as needed.
• Serve as the primary reporting contact for the Sales team—develop, maintain, and deliver regular dashboards and data feeds that surface campaign engagement, lead activity, and pipeline influence to support business development efforts.
• Partner with Sales leadership to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable, automated solutions using Marketo, Salesforce, and BI tools.
• Integrate and interpret data from multiple sources (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and others) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that inform both marketing strategy and sales outreach.
• Build, maintain, and enhance reporting dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing role with responsibilities spanning both campaign execution and performance measurement.
• Hands-on Marketo experience required; Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) designation a strong plus. Experience managing Marketo programs, smart lists, nurture streams, lead scoring, and database operations is essential.
• Experience with Salesforce required; familiarity with Salesforce reporting and the Marketo-Salesforce integration is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Sales teams with data, reporting, and campaign performance insights.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager; experience with BI platforms (Domo, Tableau, Power BI) a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL; Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with HTML/CSS as it applies to email template development and web publishing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred

• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) designation a strong plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager; BI platforms (Domo, Tableau, Power BI) a strong plus.
• Python or R is a plus.
• Experience in the financial services or investment management industry a plus.
