Responsibilities

Shooting on-the-ground at sorority and brand activations (8-12 travel weekends August-October)
Editing TikToks and Reels within 48 hours of every event
Editing longer case study and recap films for brand partners
Directing freelance videographers in markets you can't be in
Building the CampusLaunch content library and visual brand from scratch

Requirements

You can shoot AND edit. Not one or the other.
Native TikTok and Reels brain. You know what hits and why.
Fast turnaround. You can ship a TikTok within 48 hours of a shoot.
Comfortable as a one-person crew. You don’t need a 4-person team to capture a moment.
High agency. You figure shit out without being told how.
Hungry. 1-5 years out of school.
