Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review research on search demand, competitors, search intent, and client products; identify gaps and unsupported conclusions.
- Refine strategic recommendations around each client’s buyers, positioning, business goals, and available resources.
- Build actionable roadmaps with clear priorities, sequencing, and measures of success.
- Review and edit articles for intent alignment, usefulness, structure, product accuracy, factual support, and SEO fundamentals.
- Review client-facing reports and recommendations for clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Use performance evidence to recommend changes to strategy and execution.
- Help improve Pinnacle’s research, strategy, and editorial review processes.
Requirements
- Experience developing and owning SEO strategies for B2B SaaS companies.
- Examples of work connecting organic search to qualified leads, demos, pipeline, or other meaningful business outcomes.
- Strong editorial skills, including experience reviewing and improving long-form SaaS content.
- Sound judgment across content strategy, on-page SEO, internal linking, and technical SEO prioritization.
- The ability to understand unfamiliar products and explain complex recommendations clearly.
- Comfort working with AI-assisted research and content workflows while independently checking their quality.
- Reliable communication and the ability to work across multiple client accounts.
- Experience with enterprise software, technical subject matter, or AI search visibility is a plus.
