Responsibilities

• Execute daily inbound management and outbound engagement within varying client brand voices
• Escalate any comments, messages, or tagged photos that need brought to the SMM or client’s attention
• Identify viral content and industry conversations client accounts should engage in
• Judiciously track inbound and outbound efforts via client spreadsheets and project management platforms
• Work closely with the CEO/Founder to craft the MALC/SALC social strategies from ideation to content creation to posting

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in social media management
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, PR, Communications, or a related field
• Can easily maintain the brand voice expectations and guidelines of multiple brands at a time throughout inbound and outbound engagement efforts
• Have a true passion for community management and get excited about identifying the right pieces of viral content and industry conversations brands should engage with
• Are ready to ideate, film, and edit content in the brand voices for the company and sister company Instagrams and TikTok (Media A La Carte Instagram + TikTok and Studio A La Carte Instagram)
• Enjoy being on-camera filming lip-sync trends to product unboxings with an eye for the right lighting, props, and angles needed to create the perfect final product
• Have a talent for video editing for social media
• Are local to Manhattan to film in-person
