Job Description
Responsibilities
- 1. Create and/or oversee marketing creative process for ads, campaigns, brochures, flyers, and special events.
- 2. Collaborate with departments on concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- 3. Create, design, and write copy for ads, annual reports, signage, and other promotions.
- 4. Assist with design of Intranet and mobile banking content.
- 5. Assist with maintenance and design of all social media including Facebook and Twitter.
- 6. Assist with the marketing creative process by initiating ideas.
- 7. Assist digital marketing officer with updates to the bank's website.
- 8. Create billboard art content.
- 9. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- 10. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Required Education and Experience: -2 years' experience utilizing the Creative Cloud with emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- -Degree in Marketing, Art or graphic design or 2 year equivalent experience in the field
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format; Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane, algebra, solid geometry and trigonometry.
- CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
