Own the end-to-end video and photo content workflow from on-site shooting to editing and publishing on social platforms, while building and maintaining the weekly content calendar.

- Capture reusable photo and video libraries for ads and the website
- Coordinate the weekly content calendar and deadlines

Responsibilities
- Get out to build sites and shoot: crews working, tear-offs, storm damage, finished roofs, customer reactions
- Edit what you shoot into finished short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Build the weekly content calendar and keep it full
- Capture photo and video libraries we can reuse across ads and the website
Requirements
- A portfolio or reel. This one is required. Show us video you shot and edited yourself
- Real editing ability. Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, Final Cut, whatever you use, as long as you are fast in it
- You can show up at a job site with a phone or a camera and come back with something good, without a creative brief
- Comfortable around trades, crews and homeowners
- Reliable with deadlines, because the calendar does not wait
Preferred
- Drone experience or a Part 107 certificate
- Graphic design for social
- Film, media or communications student or recent grad. This role is built to fit around a class schedule
