Job Summary
Own and coordinate community marketing, referral development, and intake-to-outreach efforts to grow occupancy in senior living settings while staying attuned to market dynamics and competitive positioning.
- Vendor and client education to articulate services and differentiate communities.
- Develop and drive a community-centric business development plan, building referral networks and tracking intake flows.
- Plan marketing and outreach activities, coordinate public relations, and monitor market dynamics to adjust strategy.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Explain senior living services to vendors, nursing agencies and potential clients
- Knowledge of creating and driving sales culture at the communities with positive influence and attitude
- Develop business development plan and assist the team in developing integral referral relationships in the communities
- Review intakes
- Follow up with referral sources.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts
- Plan and coordinate public affairs and communication efforts to include, but not limited to, public relations, health fairs and community outreach
- Knowledge of the competitors in the markets and understanding points of difference of our communities
- Plan and develop company marketing and communication materials.
- Anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategies accordingly
Requirements
- 4 or more years of marketing in Health Care industry
- 2 or more years managing HFA/AFC licensed communities
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Local travel and minimal overnights
- Strong computer skills
