• Align touchpoints with omnichannel and product marketing goals
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and email regulations
• Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across the funnel
• Collaborate with creative, omnichannel, and digital enablement for cohesion and attribution
• Bring best practices in digital marketing, personalization, and emerging channel trends
• Ensure campaigns are submitted to Promotional Review Board in a timely manner and compliant with guidelines
• Own campaign reporting dashboards and communicate ROI monthly
• Develop and execute test-and-learn plans to improve conversion and engagement
• Track lifecycle health including activation, churn, and re-engagement attributed to campaigns
