Own the front line of web content and digital asset publishing for a global firm, overseeing CMS updates, page builds, image prep, social posts, and QA while keeping search relevance, accessibility and brand standards in check.

CMS and page publishing: update, build, and QA across the firm site and microsites.
Social and advocacy publishing: post creation and distribution via native tools or the firm platform.
Operations support: mailbox monitoring, basic event support, image editing, and reporting against standard dashboards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Edit/update and publish webpages on the firm website and microsites using the content management system.
Build and publish new webpages using established templates and components within the content management system.
Make basic enhancements to help fine tune search relevance on the website using Coveo.
Help monitor the general info@dlapiper.com mailbox.
Construct and publish social media posts natively or by using the Firm’s social media marketing platform following best practices and standards.
Publish firm content within our employee advocacy tool.
Resize or crop digital images using image editing application.
Provide ‘virtual event’ support as required.
Perform QA on all new or updated web pages, email messages and/or event site to ensure all digital content adheres to Firm digital, brand and accessibility standards.
Review QA reports in Siteimprove to ensure website content quality.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
2 years’ experience in a professional services firm, digital shared services role
Basic HTML coding
Photoshop skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint or similar

Preferred

B2B marketing agency, or equivalent required; previous law firm experience a plus.
Experience with hands-on use of Vuture email marketing platform
InterAction CRM system preferred
Sitecore CMS experience
Strong written and verbal English and Spanish language communications skills.
