Tasks
You will directly work with Stephan who has built automated workflows all his life.
Current challenges
- Develop and implement a communication strategy towards our global community of talents, users, partners, investors
- Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments.
- Develop strategies to conquer local markets, implement penetration test in one-week sprints and measure results. Overall, buidling a system that tracks and measures results will be a core OKR of this job.
- Use AI tools (Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all our day-to-day processes and everything that we do at least once a month.
We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!
Requirements
Ideally you
- love AI tools.
- a r e excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general.
- are passionate about processes, KPIs, and A/B testing.
- have at least 2 years of work experience.
