- The Fundraising & Communications Manager plays a key role in advancing Root Cause Farm’s mission by implementing comprehensive fundraising, donor engagement, marketing, and communications strategies.
- This position is responsible for cultivating donor relationships, securing financial support through grants, sponsorships, events, and campaigns, managing organizational communications, and strengthening community engagement through effective storytelling and outreach.
