Responsibilities

• Receive team-provided leads, allowing you to engage with genuine buyers and sellers, eliminating the need for cold calling.
• Participate in a structured onboarding and coaching program, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge to succeed from the start.
• Gain direct access to a producing mentor for real-time support during deals.
• Enjoy full back-office support, including marketing, listing management, and transaction coordination.
• Follow a clear path from your first close to building a consistent and repeatable pipeline.
• Weekly one-on-one sessions, live deal strategy discussions, script practice, and role-playing.
• Have a dedicated mentor who is readily available to assist you during negotiations.

Requirements

• Active Texas Real Estate License (or in progress)
• Exceptional communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
