Job Summary
Own end-to-end event and webinar execution aligned to growth priorities, with a focus on operational rigor, attendee outcomes, and measurable impact.

Job Description

- Content & Brand Alignment: Create social posts and display materials; manage Canva workflows, branding reviews, and budget tracking.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute event logistics and communications for seminars and trade shows, including venue coordination, attendee communications, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up
- Arrange, facilitate, and manage webinars end-to-end — including scheduling, platform setup, presenter coordination, live facilitation, recording, metrics tracking, and follow-up communications to attendees
- Create social media posts, short-form videos, and trade show display materials to support campaigns and events as needed
- Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools is required
- Advertising - manage requirements and submissions to media partners
- Utilize the internal processes for marketing plan components, including branding reviews
- Track expenses of marketing plans
- Understand and track metrics of marketing tactics and measure success
- Understand priorities of the business and focused areas of growth and ensure work aligns with priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines and operate under pressure
- Experience in a Business to Business marketing role
- Passion for learning
- Self-starter, high level of initiative, collaborative and proven proactive thinker
- Proven project and time management skills to plan and prioritize multiple activities
