Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate digital marketing, campaign, content, or social-media activities relevant to the role.
  • Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, approvals, and performance tracking for assigned initiatives.
  • Prepare content or campaign updates that follow brand guidelines and documented requirements.
  • Review performance data and help translate results into practical next steps.
  • Collaborate remotely with creative, sales, operations, or client-facing stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
  • Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
  • Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
  • Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions or exceptions promptly.

Preferred

  • Strong candidates for the Marketing Assistant position will be comfortable using skills such as Project Coordination, Documentation, Audience Research, Website Content, Campaign Reporting, Cross-Functional Collaboration. The selected candidate should apply these skills directly to the responsibilities of the role while maintaining accurate records and professional communication.
