Job Description
Responsibilities
- Branding: Represent our clients in our stores with professionalism and sincerity, increasing the customer’s understanding of services and programs offered.
- Marketing: Understand sales and marketing strategies to inform customers of our products and pique their interest in our services.
- Customer Service: Build relationships with customers and learn their needs, providing individualized product recommendations tailored to them.
- Problem Solving: Manage any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and integrity, working with the customers and your team to find new solutions to niche customer needs.
- Sales: Use your product knowledge to match customers with the right products and services for them, driving sales with innovative solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team to keep up with new products and marketing strategies, ensuring you are always equipped to handle customer questions.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience (1+ years)
- Sales or Marketing/Branding Experience (not required, but a plus)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn new products and promotions quickly.
- Ability to critically think and analyze target markets.
- Solutions-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Punctual with Reliable Transportation.
- Team-player who is able to collaborate and troubleshoot marketing and sales strategies.
