Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize automated email and SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase) that drive incremental revenue and improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Partner with Digital Marketing VP to interpret performance data. Transition from reporting "what happened" to explaining the "why," providing actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Use Snowflake data to create high-conversion audience segments.
- Manage the execution for email, ensuring all assets are on-brand, links are functional, and deployments are error-free.
- Lead a rigorous testing culture—experimenting with subject lines, creative layouts, and send times—to continuously improve engagement metrics.
- Navigate fast-paced launch cycles and shifting priorities with a solution-oriented mindset, maintaining high attention to detail under pressure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years in digital marketing, with a specific focus on Email/CRM (Retail or Luxury experience preferred).
- High proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar ESP).
- Strong Excel skills are a baseline; the ability to review and visualize data is the differentiator.
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to turn data points into marketing strategies.
- Comfortable in a "sprint" environment; able to stay organized and confident when deadlines are tight.
- Strong ability to present data-driven "stories" to stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred
- Passion for fashion and understanding of luxury branding is a plus.
