Job Summary

Own federal and state abortion access threat tracking, research support, and event logistics to keep campaigns informed and story assets organized.

  • Legislation monitoring: track attacks at federal and state levels and translate into actionable briefs.
  • Operations and events: provide planning and execution support for large-scale campaigns and internal storyteller materials.
  • Infrastructure and research: maintain the storyteller network materials and offer research support for internal and external needs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and tracking federal and state level attacks on abortion access
  • Support in gathering research and drafting materials for internal and external team needs
  • Provide logistical support on large-scale events throughout the planning and execution of events
  • Maintain existing internal organization materials for our storyteller network
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Location: Washington, D.C. (3 days in office & 2 days remote each week)
  • Internship dates: 9/9/2026 - 12/4/2026
  • Status: Full-Time; Non-Exempt

Preferred

  • You have professional or educational experience researching and tracking legislation on a specific topic
  • You have experience working on progressive issue campaigns or at advocacy organizations
