Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies that resonate across multiple channels, including social media, digital marketing, and public relations.
- Manage large-scale creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling and marketing goals.
- Collaborate closely with HR, marketing, communications, and sales teams to create cohesive campaigns that highlight our company culture and values.
- Utilize industry trends, market research, and data-driven insights to refine branding initiatives and optimize engagement metrics.
- Oversee digital brand management efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other industry-specific channels to enhance visibility.
- Lead the creation of engaging content that communicates our employer value proposition through storytelling techniques that inspire and attract candidates.
- Monitor analytics using tools like Nielsen and marketing analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in branding, marketing management, or employer branding roles within fast-paced environments.
- Strong background in social media management, digital marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale creative projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Expertise in market research, analysis skills, and data-driven decision making to inform strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional team leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams on complex projects.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B marketing environments with a focus on strategic planning and public relations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation; knowledge of E-commerce platforms is a plus.
