Job Summary
Own the technical and content SEO program for a regulated professional services firm, driving organic growth through site optimization, keyword strategy, and ethical link-building.
- Growth Engine: Own on-page, technical SEO, and site-structure workstreams to lift rankings and lead generation.
- Audits and AI: Run regular SEO audits with AI-assisted insights to keep content performant within industry rules.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align SEO with attorneys, marketing, and content teams to map SEO to practice-area goals and track impact.
Job Description
- optimize the firm’s website and digital content to increase organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
- conduct keyword research
- perform on-page optimization
- manage technical SEO tasks
- identify opportunities to improve site structure and content performance
- involve AI, regular SEO audits
- monitor rankings and traffic using web analytics tools
- create reports with actionable insights
- collaborate with attorneys, marketing staff, and content contributors to align SEO strategy with the firm’s practice areas and business goals
- manage ethical link-building efforts
- maintain SEO best practices in a highly regulated industry
