Job Summary
Build and sustain a data-driven Field service value layer, aligning client outputs with in-store execution and talent management to maximize field efficiency and brand impact.
- Field Operations: Ensure on-site execution and brand displays with data-backed decisions.
- BI & Analytics: Use BI to monitor KPIs and drive continuous field improvements.
- Talent & Execution: Lead field talent direction, cross-functional coordination, and performance management to hit sales targets.

Requirements
- Liderazgo sólido de equipos en campo y operación comercial.
- Alta orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos de venta.
- Experiencia en gestión de equipos de Trade Marketing, Field Force o fuerzas comerciales.
- Capacidad para asegurar la correcta ejecución en punto de venta y exhibición de marca.
- Habilidad para gestionar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Manejo de herramientas de BI (Business Intelligence) para seguimiento y análisis de resultados.
- Experiencia coordinando talento operativo y equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Perfil estratégico con capacidad de ejecución y seguimiento operativo.
- Excelente comunicación, liderazgo e influencia sobre equipos y clientes.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y asegurar el OUTPUT del servicio contratado.
