Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and distribute sporting and concert event tickets.
Assist with practice and office-related sponsorships, events, dinners, memberships and community involvement. Specific tasks include: coordinating the invitation and RSVP lists, assisting in preparing any event collateral including name badges, liaising with vendors, ordering food and beverages, running event logistics, and acting as on-site host and coordinating registration.
Work with the marketing and design teams to prepare appropriate community support advertisements, invitations and other one-off print items.
Assist in new lawyer onboarding process. Specific tasks include coordinating photoshoots, and drafting biographies and client announcements.
Research firm deals, external client events and programs for the preparation of monthly partner newsletter.
Maintain an accurate database of clients and other contacts to enable external communication.
Process invoices in relation to events, ticketing, sponsorships and vendors.
Work with the Marketing & Business Development Managers to design and run impactful client events and maintain high-quality mailing lists and SalesForce data.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least four years of related marketing experience, previous law firm or professional services experience preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong writing and editing skills.
Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential; experience with SalesForce a plus.
Strong work ethic and service orientation.
Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage workload, work independently and as a member of teams, and complete tasks under time pressure as necessary.
Poise, tact and professionalism when interacting with internal and external contacts.
Commitment to professional growth and development.

Preferred

previous law firm or professional services experience preferred.
Experience with SalesForce a plus.
