- Own social execution calendars, publishing cadence, and governance to ensure consistency and trackable results.
- Coordinate with campaign managers to align posts with milestones, landing pages, and call-to-action goals.
- Monitor reach and engagement metrics and deliver practical optimization recommendations.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Owns business-unit organic social execution, including content calendars, scheduling, and publishing cadence across approved platforms.
- Writes, edits, and adapts social copy using approved messaging and content standards.
- Coordinates review and approval workflows to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Aligns social posts to campaign milestones, landing pages, and conversion goals in partnership with campaign managers.
- Maintains global social governance, including naming conventions, UTM use for trackable links, asset control, and platform best practices.
- Monitors and reports on performance, including reach, engagement, clicks, and video views, and contributes recommendations for improvement.
- Supports regional execution by sharing templates, recommended copy, and content packages for localization.
