Own a multifaceted Marketing Assistant role that supports events, content creation, collateral management, and cross-team coordination to uphold brand standards.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department
- Assist with planning and coordinating client events, trade shows, open houses, ribbon cuttings, recruiting events, and internal company functions
- Order corporate apparel, promotional products, client gifts, and other branded materials
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives
- Coordinate shipping, inventory, and organization of event materials and promotional items
- Create graphics for social media, company events, presentations, internal communications, and marketing campaigns
- Help maintain digital asset libraries, marketing files, and contact databases
- Work closely with marketing team members to support special projects and day-to-day marketing activities
- Assist with the coordination and production of jobsite marketing materials, including signage, branded gear, promotional items, and other project support materials
- Maintain and organize marketing collateral, including brochures, project sheets, resumes, photography, flyers, and other branded assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
- Internship or previous marketing experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a willingness to learn digital marketing tools
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
