Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support real estate sales, listings, agents, and overall business objectives.
• Develop marketing plans for luxury residential properties, resort properties, investment properties, communities, and new developments.
• Work closely with agents, brokers, sales leadership, and management to identify marketing priorities and opportunities.
• Create and manage property marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, listing presentations, signage, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of professional property photography, video, virtual tours, floor plans, and other visual content.
• Manage website content, property listings, landing pages, and other digital marketing channels.
• Develop and manage social media content and campaigns that increase property exposure, brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, agent communications, and targeted promotional campaigns.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns across appropriate platforms, including paid social, search, display, and other digital channels.
• Track marketing performance and provide reporting on leads, traffic, engagement, campaign performance, and return on investment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience within the real estate industry.
• This is NOT a remote role.
• Previous experience working directly for a real estate brokerage, real estate company, developer, or similar real estate organization is required.
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing and the relationship between marketing, lead generation, and sales.
• Experience marketing individual properties and/or real estate communities.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, website content, and online advertising.
• Experience coordinating professional photography, videography, graphic design, and other property marketing assets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple listings, campaigns, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple marketing platforms.

Preferred

• Experience marketing luxury real estate, resort real estate, second homes, vacation properties, or new developments.
• Experience in the Northwest Florida, Emerald Coast, 30A, Destin, Miramar Beach, or surrounding real estate market.
• Experience with MLS and real estate listing platforms.
• Experience with real estate CRM systems and lead-generation platforms.
• Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience with luxury lifestyle brands.
• Experience with real estate photography, video, virtual tours, and other property marketing content.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
