Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies and campaigns across Ascent Hospitality’s hotel portfolio.
• Manage and grow corporate and property-level social media presence through engaging, consistent, and brand-aligned content.
• Create compelling content including social media posts, graphics, videos, email campaigns, promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets.
• Develop and maintain a consistent and professional Ascent Hospitality brand identity across digital and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership, Sales, HR, and Operations to support property-specific marketing and business initiatives.
• Promote hotel openings, renovations, events, amenities, promotions, community involvement, awards, employee stories, and other company initiatives.
• Develop creative campaigns to support recruitment, employer branding, guest engagement, and hotel visibility.
• Build relationships with local businesses, tourism organizations, community partners, media, and other strategic contacts.
• Monitor social media trends, digital marketing opportunities, and emerging platforms to identify new ways to increase engagement.
• Track social media and marketing performance and provide recommendations based on results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field highly preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, digital marketing, and brand development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a strong eye for visual presentation.
• Experience creating content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership, hotel teams, external partners, and community organizations.
• Must be comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday and traveling approximately 25%.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field highly preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong photography/video content skills are a plus.
• Hospitality, hotel, tourism, or multi-property marketing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Georgia hospitality and business community is a plus.
