Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce videos thumb-stopping content: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and writing post copy
- Stay on top of culture, industry and competitor content to resonate with the end user.
- Maintain the brand’s visual and voice identity across all content
- Collaborate with team to support planned content briefs as well as real-time proactive opportunities.
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Product teams to strategically develop social-first content.
- Partner with teams on influencer briefs, feedback and social first event concepts.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years creating social content for a brand (portfolio required)
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premier Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Deep understanding of Social first formats, hooks, and platform algorithms
- Excellent time management – you can move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Proven writing skills (captions, scripts, concepts)
- Comfortable digging into analytics to see what’s working
- Proficient in one or many Adobe Creative Suite programs for graphic design
- Familiarity with paid and organic social creative best practices
