Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across net-new and existing customer segments.
- Develop full-funnel marketing programs aligned to the buying behaviors of Deltek's core industries, including Government Contracting, Aerospace & Defense, Architecture & Engineering, and Construction).
- Manage the integrated campaign plan, prioritizing investments that drive pipeline growth, customer expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Create connected buyer journeys that align messaging, content, channels, and experiences across the customer lifecycle.
- Lead the development and launch of integrated programs including digital campaigns, nurture journeys, webinars, executive engagement initiatives, content programs, and ABM activations.
- Ensure each campaign has a defined audience, value proposition, channel strategy, and measurable business outcomes.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across all campaign touchpoints.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute programs effectively and at scale.
- Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with business priorities, territories, and revenue goals.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure consistent positioning and messaging throughout the buyer journey.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years leading integrated campaign, demand generation, or growth marketing functions.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team of marketers.
- Proven track record designing and scaling full-funnel campaign programs that measurably drive pipeline and revenue.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua), CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), and attribution/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insight and insight into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence and align Sales, Product Marketing, and the extended Marketing Team without direct authority.
- Experience building and scaling integrated campaigns that drive growth.
