Job Summary
Own the core creative engine for high-velocity ad production across video, motion, and static design for a multi-location med spa network.
- Production Ops: Own a 3–5 day turnaround for standard cuts and edits across Meta and Google placements.
- Creative Systems: Build templates and brand-consistent visuals for campaigns and client sites.
- Portfolio-Driven Delivery: Produce on-brand assets for 50+ locations and help grow the in-house creative library.
Job Description
Own end-to-end creative production for performance ads with fast turnaround and brand consistency across video, motion, and static design for med spa campaigns.
- Video editing — direct-response ad cuts, hook variation assembly, color grading, sound design, exports for Meta and Google placements
- Motion graphics — animated logos, lower-thirds, kinetic typography, motion overlays inside ads
- Static design — image ad variations, landing page graphics, hero images, modular design components
- 3+ years of professional experience across video editing AND graphic design — hybrid roles preferred over specialists in one or the other
- Strong portfolio across both video and static work — portfolio link required with application
- Must reside in Arizona — Phoenix/Scottsdale metro strongly preferred
- Tools required: Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing), Adobe After Effects (motion graphics), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (static design), Figma (UI, landing page, and brand systems design)
- Bonus tools: DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, AI tools (Runway, Kling, Submagic), Figma Motion
- Experience in both video editing and graphic design preferred
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, AI tools (Runway, Kling, Submagic), Figma Motion
- Self-directed and organized; you'll manage your own production pipeline with minimal hand-holding
- Comfortable working at high velocity (we test creative every week)
