Job Summary
Own end-to-end video content creation from field shoots to editing and publishing, coordinating with branch staff and the marketing team to align with campaigns and brand voice.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Travel to locations to film video and take supporting photos
- Capture authentic moments of members, participants, staff and programs in action
- Coordinate with branch staff to schedule shoots and learn about upcoming events or stories worth featuring
- Attend community events and sports matches to capture real-time content
- Edit footage into short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories) using mobile and/or desktop editing tools
- Add captions, music, graphics, and effects consistent with brand standards
- Maintain a steady content pipeline that supports the social media calendar
- Organize and archive raw footage and finished videos in a shared library
- Monitor social media trends, sounds, and formats on an ongoing basis
- Quickly identify trends that fit our brand and mission, and produce timely content around them
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience creating and editing short-form video for social media
- Proficiency with mobile video editing apps and/or desktop software
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic photography, lighting, and audio skills
- Familiarity with captioning and accessibility best practices
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check, including child-safety screening
