Own global marketing strategy and portfolio lifecycle, align with board objectives, and drive launches, pricing, and compliance to inform executive decisions.
- Growth leadership: Lead the development and execution of global marketing, brand, and corporate communications strategies aligned with Board objectives.
- Market positioning and demand: Strengthen global positioning, drive demand generation and adoption velocity in partnership with Sales.
- Portfolio and lifecycle ownership: Own global portfolio strategy and lifecycle management to maximize product adoption and long term value.
- Launch and readiness: Oversee global product launch planning and commercial readiness for new products, indications, and geographies.
- Pricing and value: Establish and govern pricing, value, and reimbursement strategies to support sustainable expansion.
- Competitive intelligence: Lead global market, customer, and competitive intelligence to inform executive and Board decisions.
- Digital and omnichannel: Own the global digital, data, and omnichannel marketing strategy for compliant healthcare professional engagement.
- Operating model: Define and govern the global marketing operating model balancing global strategy with regional execution.
- People and partnerships: Build and lead a high performing global marketing and communications organization and manage agencies and budgets.
