Job Description
Responsibilities
- Corporate Communications – This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate communications, supporting content creation, media relations, social media management, and internal communications initiatives. The intern will research and write thought leadership articles and blog content, assist with developing and scheduling social media content, monitor engagement, and support media outreach efforts through press releases, media tracking, and coverage reporting. Additionally, the intern will contribute to internal communications, assist with special projects and events, and provide administrative support to help ensure the efficient operation of the Corporate Communications team.
- Growth Marketing - This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate financial services marketing environment. The intern will play an active role in supporting the team across various marketing functions. You will contribute to meaningful projects that enhance the WSFS Bank brand and support our strategic growth goals.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A business-related or related college major is preferred.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
- Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
- Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
- Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
- Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
