Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead assigned pursuits and market initiatives, qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submittals from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and stakeholder coordination:
Review RFP/RFQ and client’s needs
Compose an outline of criteria/responsibilities
Assign responsibilities/monitor deadlines
Produce content which best meets client’s criteria
Write/edit content
Lead kickoff and quality review meetings
Participate in the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives including:
Collect and analyze relevant market data
Assemble detailed data reports on specific market verticals and clients across multiple industries

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing capabilities
Extremely detail oriented and acute attention to accuracy
Ability to work independently
Ability to lead marketing assignments and coordinate stakeholders with minimal supervision.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Understanding of marketing, communications, and business development principles

Preferred

3+ years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.
