Take the wheel on paid social and search campaigns for a small portfolio of clients
Develop strategies that align with business goals, and set (and hit!) meaningful KPIs
Optimize budgets while maintaining or improving performance
Test, learn, and iterate to keep campaigns getting better
Turn data into clear reports that tell the story behind the numbers
Partner with our media team, creative team, and third-party vendors

Requirements

2-4 years of agency experience
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads, with LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok a plus
Strong grasp of audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
Proficiency with Google Analytics and attribution tools
Confidence engaging with executive-level stakeholders and supporting client conversations
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple campaigns independently while supporting the larger team
E-commerce experience is a plus (especially in beauty space), and a marketing degree is preferred, though we value experience too
