Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll lead the stewardship and execution of CBN Israel’s brand strategy, guiding creative, content, digital/social, and media efforts to ensure consistency across every public-facing touchpoint.
You’ll develop creative briefs, guide campaigns, review creative and messaging, and help prioritize marketing projects for maximum impact.
You’ll also work closely with CBN Israel’s team in Jerusalem to gather stories, footage, and firsthand context and help shape that material into compelling, on-brand campaigns and content.
You’ll also collaborate with marketing and ministry leaders, monitor campaign performance and brand sentiment, and use insights and emerging trends to strengthen CBN Israel’s presence and impact.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive brand marketing experience, with demonstrated experience leading creative and content projects through an internal team, agency, or similar marketing environment
Demonstrated experience developing brand strategy, positioning, and messaging and translating it into creative briefs and direction a marketing team can execute
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities across creative, content, digital, and paid-media disciplines
Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to evaluate competing requests and protect resources for high-impact work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting creative and strategy recommendations to senior leadership
Experience leading and coordinating work through cross-functional marketing teams without formal management authority over them
Experience partnering with international, in-country, or field-based teams across time zones and cultural contexts
Nonprofit, ministry, media, or news organization experience preferred, particularly within a faith-based or advocacy context
Familiarity with Israel, Israeli culture, Jewish-Christian relations, or Middle East affairs preferred
Experience working within a centralized or shared-services marketing team model preferred
