Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct property viewings and inspections.
• Advise and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the best price under the most favorable terms.
• Maintain and update a catalog of available properties.
• Establish networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
• Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Quick thinking with the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
• Active real estate agent’s or broker’s license.
