Job Description
Responsibilities
- Architect Programmatic SEO: Design the strategy and collaborate with engineering to build millions of perfectly optimized, high-converting job and category pages.
- Drive Content & On-Page: Develop scalable systems for generating high-quality, intent-driven content that job seekers actually want to read and use.
- Master the Crawl: Manage crawl budgets for massive URL inventories, conduct log file analysis, and ensure rapid indexation of fast-moving job data.
- Build Authority: Actively monitor our backlink profile and engineer highly effective, scalable campaigns to generate authoritative backlinks and digital PR.
- Technical Excellence: Ensure flawless technical execution across rendering (React/Next.js), core web vitals, structured data, and dynamic internal linking.
Requirements
- Minimum commitment of 50 hours per week at our Cupertino office
