Job Summary
You will lead and coach a Door-to-Door Canvassing team, organize routes, train new Canvassers, and ensure high performance in a community-facing role.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coach, motivate, and lead a team of Door-to-Door Canvassers.
- Organize daily canvassing routes and team assignments.
- Manage and maintain all required door-to-door solicitation permits.
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing new team members.
- Train and onboard new Canvassers throughout the season.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback.
- Promote a positive, energetic, and results-driven work environment.
- Ensure team members represent Weed Man professionally in the community.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling throughout the Pittsburgh area.
- Must successfully complete a background check.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a reasonably clean driving record.
- Previous leadership, canvassing, recruiting, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
