Responsibilities

Develops and owns the Office division content strategy and editorial calendar, connecting brand priorities, leasing objectives, and customer needs into a cohesive, always-on program.
Leads content development across formats — long-form, video, digital, and experiential, including oversight of the division's visual asset program — maintaining a high standard of quality from concept through delivery.
Enhances and owns a customer testimonials program, translating compelling customer narratives into case studies and content assets that drive credibility across the customer journey.
Develops and executes a customer marketing strategy aimed at driving retention, ensuring customers understand and experience the full value of an Irvine Company workplace through targeted communications and content.
Partners with Corporate Marketing to steward brand voice, content governance, and creative standards at the division level, ensuring all output adheres to enterprise guidelines and contributes to a coherent Irvine Company identity.
Owns the Office division social media strategy, overseeing content programming, channel management, and performance in alignment with the broader brand narrative.
Collaborates with the PR team, portfolio marketing, leasing, and digital teams to leverage brand narratives across earned media and activate content opportunities across the portfolio.
Works closely with the Director, Insights & Analytics to inform audience personas and segmentation, and establishes a measurement approach to evaluate content performance and refine strategy over time.
Integrates AI tools purposefully into the content production workflow, improving efficiency without compromising editorial standards or brand integrity.
