Responsibilities

• Pursuit & Proposal Support: Coordinate development, production, and delivery of proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materials
• Pursuit & Proposal Support: Gather and organize project data, resumes, references, and supporting pursuit content
• Pursuit & Proposal Support: Track RFQ/RFP opportunities, deadlines, schedules, and submission requirements
• Pursuit & Proposal Support: Support pursuit planning and business development efforts led by firm leadership
• Pursuit & Proposal Support: Assist in preparing client presentations and interview materials
• Marketing Content & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing information, including project descriptions, staff bios, and firm qualifications
• Marketing Content & CRM Management: Support management of CRM data (clients, contacts, projects, and opportunities) within Unanet CRM
• Marketing Content & CRM Management: Organize and maintain marketing content libraries, project visuals, and pursuit materials
• Marketing Content & CRM Management: Assist with reporting and data quality initiatives to support marketing and business development efforts
• Marketing & Presentation Support: Develop and format written and visual materials for presentations and interviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or professional services
• A/E/C industry experience preferred but not required
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign required
• Experience with CRM platforms, databases, or information management systems preferred
• Familiarity with Unanet CRM, AirTable, and OpenAsset is a plus
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow within a team environment

Nice to Have

• A/E/C industry experience preferred but not required
