Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for local area marketing initiatives (e.g. local sponsorships, local competitive moves, new store openings/ remodels)
- Coordinate and execute a wide variety of marketing campaigns, events and company programs
- Coordinate the production & implementation of marketing communications
- Tracking marketing program/event budget, expenses and results.
- Frequent communication across the TSMC organization, often to store level.
- Completion and reconciliation of marketing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy
- Develop presentations, written communication and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate and communicate with department and cross-functional team members to execute assignments and work requests
- Work collaboratively with agency partners in the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing.
Requirements
- Experience : 2 minimum years related experience
- Education: 4 Year/Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience/training
- Teamwork oriented with an ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to work with a large network of team members both internally and externally including stores and agencies / suppliers
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
- Digitally savvy
- Strong analytical, planning & organization/time management skills
- Excellent project coordination
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
