Responsibilities

Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube
Manage editorial calendar and ship campaigns aligned with brand and business goals
Engage with the community in comments, DMs, and conversations across platforms
Track performance metrics and report monthly on growth and engagement
Partner with creative on assets and with paid media on amplification
Stay on top of platform changes, formats, and emerging trends

Requirements

3+ years managing brand social presence at scale
Strong copywriting skills with a clear voice and platform-native instincts
Hands-on with social management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer)
Working knowledge of social ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Curiosity and bias for testing new formats and approaches
What You'll Bring: Curiosity about audiences and what makes them act
What You'll Bring: Strong written communication and storytelling instincts
What You'll Bring: A test-and-learn mindset; you ship campaigns fast and iterate on data
