Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist clients with campaign management through the following ways:
Execute and deliver projects across client’s marketing channels
Manage operational readiness for assigned client’s marketing campaigns, ensuring all marketing service teams and associated vendor partners complete required processes and deliverables prior to campaign launch.
Build and maintain a thorough understanding of client data and marketing capabilities, ensuring marketing campaigns are systematically programmed, audited for accuracy, and approved prior to launch.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage vendors in the acquisition processes
Collaborate between client and Acxiom to optimize execution strategies
Work with outside vendors based on assigned campaigns – Transunion, Neustar, Analytic Partners, etc.
Execute clear and concise communication with internal partners
Deliver routine updates for BAU processing

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Functional knowledge of solution management
Effectively partner with clients and internal teams to answer questions, investigate concerns, conduct research, and ensure successful issue resolution
Detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and quality standards
