Responsibilities

• Self-motivated with reliable transportation and a smart phone (data + GPS).
• Comfortable with digital training and independent store visits.
• Able to maintain displays, demo products, and report activities.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Passionate about the brand, customer engagement.
• Ability to work *10–24 hours on weekends*, with potential for additional hours during the week based on business needs.
• Genuine passion for coffee and enthusiasm for sharing it with others
• Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable using technology
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage customers
