Creative Brainstorming: Conduct workshop sessions with our clients to develop ideas that align with our brands' visual identity that ultimately drive actionable
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with both internal and external teams to understand client goals, market trends, and target audiences, using this information to inform and enhance creative strategies.
Content Creation: Work with our graphic designers and video editors to create engaging and compelling content across paid platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and style guidelines.
Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of creative campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Client Collaboration: Present creative findings, foster strong relationships with clients, and serve as a strategic partner to effectively communicate creative concepts and campaign performance.
Brand Positioning: Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity and help define or refine their positioning in the market through creative initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, ideally in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within a marketing agency focused on partnering with DTC brands. Experience driving creative strategy for Paid Ads.
Familiarity with software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
Collaborative nature and a passion for staying on top of trends within the digital marketing landscape.
Experience in the e-commerce industry.
