Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the current website with ongoing coordination on content, layout, and organization.
• Collaborate with team members to improve website functionality and user experience.
• Coordinate website content, layout, and organization.
• Perform data entry and database management tasks.
• Work with website design tools including WordPress and Real File.
• Manage tasks and workflows using Monday.com.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting.
• Ensure website content complies with EAR rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word
• Experience with WordPress and Real File web design tools
• Knowledge of EAR rules and regulations
• Experience with data entry and database management
• Familiarity with website design concepts and page layout
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Monday.com
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
